A. Epidemiologic Curve
The first case of COVID-19 in Central Visayas was reported on Morbidity Week (MW) 5. Since then, the region has 23,665 reported cases. Cebu City comprises 44.6% (10,560) of the total cases while Cebu province comprises 28.2% (6,695) of the total cases. For MW 47, there were 1,282 (5%) active cases (Figure 1).
B. Distribution of cases by Age Group and Sex
Majority (12,768 54%) of the cases were males. Age ranged from less than 1 year old to 101 year old, (Median=36 years old) and the most (6346, 27%) affected age group is 21-30 year old (Figure 2).

The first case of COVID-19 in Central Visayas was reported on Morbidity Week (MW) 5. Since then, the region has 23,239 reported cases. Cebu City comprises 45% (10,438) of the total cases while Cebu province comprises 28.1% (6,549) of the total cases. For MW 46, there were 1,057 (5%) active cases (Figure 1).

Majority (12,555 54%) of the cases were males. Age ranged from less than 1 year old to 101 year old, (Median=36 years old) and the most (6218, 27%) affected age group is 21-30 year old (Figure 2).

Cebu City comprises 45.31% (10,303) of the total cases while Cebu province comprises 28.04% (6,377) of the total cases. For MW 45, there were 860 (4%) active cases (Figure 1).

Cebu City comprises 45.7% (10,266) of the total cases while Cebu province comprises 28% (6,274) of the total cases. For MW 44, there were 949 (4%) active cases (Figure 1).
