Department of Health Regional Office VII Advocates for the Support to the Breast Cancer Awareness Month 

In observance with the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Department of Health Regional Office VII joined this year advocacy campaign in the recently concluded “Moonwalk: A Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness” last 15 October 2016 held at Fuente Osmeña Circle, Cebu City, Cebu.

The campaign activity was participated in by various institutions, agencies, schools and other stakeholders  from Metro Cebu. It aimed toboost breast cancer awareness through early detection and preventive screening. The advocacy kicked-off with the unique moon walk passing through the fares of Fuente Osmeña to Plaza Independencia followed by the proper program.

Giving the rationale of the activity Mr. Ronald delos Reyes, Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. Program Coordinator highlighted the importance of the campaign message to observe monthly self breast examination for women 20-30 years old, Clinical Breast Exam for ages 30-40 and mammogram advised once every 2 years for 40 years old and above.

FINAL LIST OF ACCEPTED APPLICANTS FOR 2017 HUMAN RESOURCES FOR HEALTH DEPLOYMENT PROJECT—AUGMENTATION

 

Below are the accepted applicants under the 2017 HUMAN RESOURCES FOR HEALTH DEPLOYMENT PROGRAM- AUGMENTATION of CENTRAL VISAYAS.

Accepted applicants (excluding MTDPs and DDPs) are instructed to proceed to their respective areas of assignment on July 3, 2017 for their first day of work. Newly-hired Dentists and Medical Technologists, on the other hand, are advised to proceed to the DOH Regional Office VII, Osmena Boulevard, Cebu City for their first day of work.

 

All accepted applicants are also enjoined to visit the Department of Health - Regional Office or any Provincial DOH Office and submit the following requirements on or before July 14, 2017.

  • Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
  • Diploma (photocopy)
  • CSC Form No. 211- Medical Certificate signed by Government Physician (Blood Test, Urinalysis, Chest X-ray and Drug Test
  • NBI Clearance
  • One (1) Long Brown Envelope
  • PRC  ID (photocopy) for NDPs, UHCIs, RHMPPs, MTDPs, DDPs
  • PhilHealth ID (Photocopy)
  • If without Tax Identification Number (TIN) please secure and accomplish BIR Form 1902
