Reminders for the Human Resources For Health (HRH) Qualifying Examinations for the Nurse Deployment Project, Public Health Associate Deployment Project, Universal Health Care Implementer Deployment Project and Rural Health Midwives Placement Program

1. Only applicants listed below are eligible to take the examinations
2. Schedule of examination shall be on January 9-11, 2017. Applicants are advised to come on their designated schedule below. Tardy applicants will not be entertained.
3. Venue of examination will be announced later
4. Applicants are strictly advised to bring the following:
   1. Black pen
   2. Valid PRC ID. Incase of expired PRC IDs, kindly bring your PRC Claim stub.
   3. Another valid government issued ID with picture for verification purposes.
5. Mobile phones, electronic devices and bulky bags are not allowed in the examination room. These items shall be left outside the examination room. 
6. Applicants are encouraged to wear decent clothing during the examination. Slippers, mini-skirts and spaghetti straps are not allowed in the examination room. (Please click read more to view list of examinees)
