ADVISORY: STATUS OF DOH HRH DEPLOYED PERSONNEL
The services of the DOH Human Resources for Health (HRH) Deployed Personnel hired last February 2019 shall continue for the 2nd Quarter of 2019, until further notice is given. The Contract of Service (COS) is three (3) months which shall commence on the 1st day of April 2019 and end on the last working day of June 2019. Conversely, they are to report at their designated areas of assignment for the duration of the contract.
The salaries of said HRH will now follow the Salary Standardization (4th Tranche) set by law, including other adjustments incidental therefor. However, pending the enactment of the 2019 General Appropriations Act and issuances of the corresponding guidelines, the additional hiring of HRH personnel will be temporarily put on hold.

Accepted applicants are instructed to proceed to their assigned Rural Health Unit on February 4, 2019 for their first day of work. They are required to submit the following requirements on or before February 15, 2019:
- 3 Sets of Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
- SALN
- 3 Sets of Original Copy of Authenticated Certificate of PRC ID/ License
- NBI Clearance
- Medical Certificate (CBC, Urinalysis, Chest X-Ray, Drug Test)
- To be signed by a government physician
- 2 Copies of TOR
- Training Certificates (original and photocopy)
- BIR Form 1901 for registration or 0605 for renewal
- One (1) Brown Envelope
